We have direct operations in France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, UK, Moldova and Hungary. All local offices are supported by our own Shared Service Centers in Portugal and Moldova. Our headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland.

Therefore, since company’s inception in 2005 our mission is:


• To continue building our direct local operations in key European markets and to provide our clients with maximum direct payroll delivery coverage and to minimize the use of sub-contractors.

• In those countries, where we are not directly present, we only sub-contract gross to net payroll calculation and statutory compliance to trusted local partners and keep all data input and output management, validation, data storage, security and quality controls in-house.

• Our key focus is on your local and corporate compliance, convenience and positive experience in partnering with us.


Our clients include both multi-nationals as well as local domestic companies. Our smallest client has one employee and the largest has 15 000 employees.

Our typical client is a multi-national company, being present in 5 to 20+ countries, with various headcounts and availability of in-house HR resources in each country.


Our teams are set up to work with clients on local-to-local basis or on multi-country basis, depending on client’s requirements and objectives. We have a very experienced, multilingual staff that brings a consultative approach to our service delivery.
